At Light My Bricks UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back in their original shipping packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UK.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
